This material looks like it has a huge 3D texture. You will want to touch it to make sure. It is actually polyester that has a clear layer on top and back with a colored pattern. Do not bend this stuff, it will crack. When you use it, glue it to a flat surface and you will be fine. It is highly polished now but if you round it over, just sand it smooth with high grit sandpaper and then buff it back up to the high shine it was with fine white buff compound.
