This is a new oven by Evenheat.
Small, quick, light and easy to use.
This oven operates on from a regular household outlet and draws just 12amps (1440watts).

We worked directly with the owner of Evenheat for nearly a year on developing this model. We think it should have been named the Mickley5000 but the marketing wonks at Evenheat (the owner) wouldn't go for it. It is perfect for folding knife blades, jewelers, bead makers, enamel and Precious Metal Clay artists.This oven has a burnout (with plug) on the top for burning out wax from a lost wax process.

Most will want the advanced Rampmaster controller but the (less expensive) Setpro controller is also available.

The Artisan 688 is stock equipped with our Rampmaster full featured control. The Rampmaster can hold 12 different heat treat recipes with multi-step controlled ramps and holding times. It also features a numerical keypad for easy data entry and temperature alarm.

NOTE: You are ordering the SETPRO version of this oven. What is pictured is the Rampmaster version.

Side Swing door keeps it much cooler when retrieving hot items from the oven.


Cool Touch handle.

The oven has a top vent hole for Lost Wax process burnout.

Includes a hard shelf insert to protect the "heat muff" from heavy fixtures when making Mokume.

Consider picking up an optional blade fixture. This allows you to heat multiple blades with ease.
