Tip: I use a pin punch on nearly every knife I make. I use 1/8" pin stock for my bolsters. I want that pin stock to fit snug so during assembly and trial fitting, I am constantly putting and taking out the bolster pins. They are simply too tight to pull out by hand so I use the pin punch to take them out. If you are using larger pin stock, this 1/8" will work fine. If you are using smaller thna 1/8", simply grind a little off to fit the pin stock you are using.
