I bought this video when it came out and I then went and made a grinding work table similar to what Johnny uses. After a bit of trial and error, I absolutely believe it cut my grinding time down by at least a 1/3. Johnny doesn't free hand hollow grind, he uses a work table to rest the blank on. It makes a lot of sense. I made a another grinding work table for my buddy Robert Hensarling of www.hensarlingknives.com and he tells me he uses his for all of his hollow grinding now.

Now just to be clear, Johnny made a hollow grinding video several years ago. This is not the same video at all and is much better. I've owned and viewed both.
