These screw posts are commonly called Chicago screws or sex screws. These have a great look with the hollow end showing. This screw posts will handle up to 1/4" thickness with the screw tightened all the way. You can probably get a bit more by backing off the screw a few turns. If you need more thickness, get our 3/8" screws.

Tip: You can grind the screw and the post down for joining thinner materials.

NOTE: These are anodized in large batches. Where each part touches there may be a light spot. In the unlikely event you get one with a bad spot on the face (hollow end) we will replace it with your next order.
